Flexbility has been a key component of our operations. We strongly believe flying should be enjoyable and accessible to nearly anyone who wants to join our community. As such, we have modified our guidelines, requiring pilots to be atleast grade 2 and log a minimum of 1 flight per month (online or offline with IF-O). It's a major step to enhance pilot experience through online and even offline means (and since most of the other VAs don't have this much flexibility, it's a bold move too!)
